Linwoods Health Foods - Real Health

Linwoods is on a mission to help people live healthier lives. Tasked with spreading the word and encouraging trial of their range of organic, milled seeds, we developed the Real Health platform, getting people to think about what truly drives long-term wellbeing. With this particular activation, we devised a medically supervised experiment to explore a highly topical question: is our obsession with aesthetics making us any healthier, is improving our appearance really improving our wellbeing? The surprising results not only reframed the conversation around real health, it positioned Linwood’s as an ally in helping people make more helpful, lasting lifestyle choices.
